Well that depends; do you want ready built models or kits? Accucraft/AMS and Bachmann are making ready to run rolling stock. Ozark miniatures, Hartford products, and Phil's Narrow gauge have kits. Bronson-Tate consulting has some 1:20.3 kits for various things. Sierra Valley Enterprises has some cool F scale stuff as well.

Northeast Narrow Gauge in Wiscasset, Maine, has kits for 1:20.3 locomotives and rolling stock items.

Some of the items offered by Hartland Locomotive Works in Laporte, Indiana are 1:20.3 scale, as are most Bachmann products, especially if they are advertised as being Fn3.

The biggest problem is that advertisers don't indicate the scale of their offerings, and sometimes the only way to know for sure is to check their web sites.
