We have had at least two open house gatherings per year since 1981. A few years ago our house was on a Christmas house tour and 1,000 + visitors visited the house and garden railroad. This year so far, we are planning on three: A club meeting, co-workers gathering and the LGBMRRC Convention self guided garden rr tours. Always a lot of fun! <br /> <br />George
