I would definately get with LGB. I have been running remote MTS for several months now and not had any problems at all with it. I might try to isolate each component as much as possible.. If you don't use the remote, but use the tether with your handheld do you have the same problem? I might also ask your dealer for a "loaner" base station to try to debug if this is the problem. How about hooking the setup to a small test track. Mayber there is some sort of short on your current line that just totally overloads the whole thing. I am no MTS/DCC authority by any stretch but from my computer programming background, I just try to eliminate as many variables as possible. Fred
