  T.J.  IT looks like you need to  do a lot of rebuilding  and pond cleaning.   I need to repair a bridge and fill in ballast at different places , I had to take up about 7 ft. of track  to get ready for the septic tank man to pump the tank out , every 3 years we get a letter from the TOWNSHIP  to get it done and have a paper filled out and sent back to them.. then I must re do that area for another 3 years . I may have to revamp that area so i don't have to move track every time.   BEN
