I named my garden rr (read indoor) after an HO layout I built partially. I was going to name the new rr something else; BUT, one of my sons pulled out an HO car with the original name and vociferiously stated he didn't want me to change the indoor G rr name so..... I went with the original name, GOOSE CREEK & WESTERN RR. The name originally came from a small creek named Goose Creek on the township map. Goose Creek meandered through the farm where I grew up. I still cross that creek 4 or 5 times weekly. fishwagon
