[/quote]Hello,If a company's debts for the previous year are almost as high as the total turnover for that year - more or less 20 million Euro - because the turnover decreased by approx. 33% then the business model may not be all that sound. Of course it is a matter of interpretation, but sound business models very seldom end up in insolvency court. Best regards ER
