I had a similar but slightly different enquiry and i have tried it on this forum a few times with less succes than you have had mate. I have several  Golden Mountain; Orient express carriages and they have toilets in them and i was trying to get an idea of how they should be placed ie front or back of the carriage.No luck with this forum, so i actually went to Europe to have a Captain Cook (look) for myself and the answer is varied but i think both front and back and adjacent to each other seems to be pretty poplualr.Rgds ian
