You might be able to print something that size but you better have a very high resolution printer.

Hawaii didn't become a state until 1959.

I have not seen any american flags that size.

Are there any American flags that size 48 star or 50 Star? if someone does make a 48 star flag that size I take that because the 50 star flag wasn't a thing in 1952! Lol

The grandkids run with  checkered flags, just for fair warning.

Green for first section of a train and any sections that follow except for the final section which would fly red flags.  White is for unscheduled extras.  But on the Lionel Lines it's totally up to your imagination.  Wink

I'm not sure they came with flags.

Personally, I'd fly the Jolly Roger. Pirate

Lionel part #1885 (flag holder stanchion). My 726 RR has the black ones, but you can find silver colored ones also.

what flags would have been originally flying on my 726 rr back in 1952?

I just noticed on my 726 rr that there are two holes that appear To be for miniature flags. Is that what they are for? There is one hole on either side of the front of the boiler.

I believe Jeff@TTender.com has them in the 3 colors used back in the day, white, green, & red
