Hi George,

I have not heard of anyone having this problem with the Williams E7s. You may want to contact Williams directly. They may have to look at the unit to determine the source of the problem.

You may want to chech the gauge of the wheels on the truck that keeps picking the switch and compare it to others that do not. Also check to make sure the traction tires are fitted properly. These are the only things I can think of without looking at the unit and running it through switches.

I hope this helps some.

Regards,

I am having trouble with the powered unit of my williams e-7 set picking the points of my 072 switches. It does not matter which direction it is running. None of my other diesels, including my other williams diesels do this. Any ideas?

Thanks,
George in Murfreesboro
