Need source for Traction tire for Lionel T-1 Steamer

Does any company or small machine shop make a replacement driver for the Lionel T-1.  Engine has lots of power, but not so much traction with a consist of 15 Hoppers on a slight grade.  A much smaller engine with a traction tire blows it away.  The T-1 slips alot.  Hope someone has an answer.  Thanks,   Dave
