Need Dcc help

I am looking into buying dcc for the first time I wanted to know what would be the simplest form of dcc to buy and to run many trains on for not a lot of money and still have a good time!

You probably want to post this over in one of the Model Railroader Forum's.  Most of the folks in this board are running 3 rail O or 2 rail Americn Flyer.
