Lionel HO Value ???

Although my main interest is post-war American Flyer S guage and Lionel O guage , I've noticed that a few mid-1970's Lionel HO sets have been purchased for what I consider to be big bucks on eBay over the past year. Lionel O guage stuff is easy to value using Greenberg's guides, etc. But I haven't had much luck in locating a reliable souce for determinting the current value of a Lionel HO set that I own. It's # 5-1480 from 1975, which was promoted as Lionel's 75th anniversary "top of the line" set. I purchased this NIB sealed set back in the 1980's from a local hobby shop on a whim and have only run it a handful of times. Does anyone know what this set might be worth?

I could be wrong but I thought I've seen a Greenbergs guide to lionel ho (for the 70's). Printed in 95? try to contact them!! I've considered a lionel ho set and I will probibly pick one up, along with an Aurora 'postge stamp' n scale in the future!
Good Luck!

There are two books covering Lionel HO.

Greenberg's Guide to Lionel HO, Volume I, 1957-1966 and Greenberg's Guide to Lionel HO, Volume II, 1974-1977. Both are currently available from Kalmbach and can be purchased here at this site under trainshops.com.
