Lionel 6-12904 coaling station

I bought this on closeout as is. It is new in the box, but is missing all the doors and windows. I can scratchbuild them, but am wondering if calling Lionel would get the "factory parts"? It was wrapped in plastic, and when I say as is, I really like the shop I bought it from, and the owner would take it back. He tried to make it in O-gauge but just couldn't. He is selling his Lionel cheap, and as I said, this kit was "new in the box". I just won't take it back is all. Any help finding the parts would be appreciated!!
