Look what sprouted in my garden today. My son and I worked on it for a few hours. We had a blast. Would highly recommend a garden railroad to anyone. It's fun to move the dirt around, place your tracks. Ballasting is just pouring some pea gravel over the tracks and your done. All our equipment is bottom end stuff, tracks were bought used, most of the rolling stock is used or sale items. I'm too much into tinplate to invest alot into G.
