Polar express--- tender whiste????

Hey guys /// question .... i rmember hearing that turning the whistle around inside the tender will get rid of the annoying squeeling noise that it makes....

how do i go about this???i turn the whole rectangular piece in there???

if thats so do i have to disconect the wires that are capped and running through it in order to turn it???

i dont want to start unsodering things before i know what im doin .. ive never taken a train apart before and an hardly an electrician..

ok, i was a little post happy and have already answered my question and got her back together .... the whistle itself is a bit louder but there is still that annoying sound .... anyone come up with a remedy for this???
