Welcome Aboard!

Do you have the accessories wired to the same terminals as the ones you're using for track power?  I loked at the maunual and although there's no photo or diagram of the back of the unit there should be seperate terminals.  Zero to nineteen volt AC variable and fixed 18 volt DC for lights and accessories.  Manual says these should be marked "TRACK" and "ACC".  Here's the link for the manual I'm referencing: http://www.modelrectifier.com/v/vspfiles/resources/dc-ac/0001311manual.pdf.

Thank you for your reply. I har acc attached to different terminals from track, but from what I have read about the Throttlepack, the load requires a different source for better operation, so I have attached my acc to a seperate power pack and have much better operation.
