Williams Platinum Club
Posted by douellet on Tuesday, November 16, 2004 9:17 PM
I recently called Williams Trains to join their Platinum Club, four days later I had my Bangor and Aroostook Caboose sitting on my front deck when I got home from work.. Talk about great customer service! Nice caboose for $25. I already had a few so that was no surprise. Also the catalogues and flyers they send out are nice. Not crammed with overpriced items. "Good stuff", (in polite company) as we often say up here in Maine for "wicked good" prices.

Has anyone else experienced this kind of customer service from Williams? All I can say is first rate!!!! [tup]BLOCKED SCRIPTinsertsmilie('[tup]');

douellet We just got our first snowstorm on the coast of Maine.[:(]

Hi douellet, Yes I have several williams engines, freight cars, and passenger sets. I had the same response when I joined the club several months ago. They are also helpful on the phone. I bought some parts from them very cheap for a project I was working on. I will definately buy more williams trains........Tim

You will find very few negative reponses to Williams products. They have found a niche and do a good job in marketing their products.
