British steam loco whistle

Hello, Does anyone know where I can purchase an electronic module that produces a British steam whistle sound that I can install in the Hogwarts Express tender? I wrote to a company in Europe, but never received a reply. Hope you can help. Thanks. Bossman

Here are the parts for the Kinlet Hall by Lionel. It came with the English sound whistle.
