(another) Prewar Flyer Chugger Tender Problem
Posted by tjl0824 on Tuesday, May 14, 2013 2:59 PM
Previously I had asked about an overheating chugger tender, but the suggestion of changing the sealing grease in the tube solved the problem. Now I have another one, and this one is different. It works excellent for a couple seconds, and then gets quieter. For some reason, the piston keeps pushing the grease down inside into a huge glob and then stops pumping air since there isn't any seal. Can anyone help?

Thanks,
Trevor

Trevor, not sure if this was part of your previous answers so maybe this can help.
