Frank.....if that old couple have to make it up that flight of stairs, they will need that mailman under canine attack to call the paramedics!!  Laugh  Exceptional work:  beautiful, realistic nightime lighting and so much detail.

Great photos again this week folks.  Thanks for your contributions.

During the week I was down at the coffee shop and there was a very lively discussion going on among the old guys.  The unofficial information bureau (UIB) had gotten hold of a plan being considered by the management of the BlueBoard Central Division of American Flyer Lines. (More than likely it was from Wally's wife who runs the beauty parlor, who got it from the maid who works in Nils Jamesons' house)  It seems that there has been some serious talk about electrifying at least part of the Division.  I didn't think much of it until I was down at the Hiawatha Bar for lunch later in the week and I spotted some "electrics" in town.  It seems that the manufacturer had been contacted and had brought a number of electric models into town, towed by steam of course, for management to evaluate.  Fortunately I had my Kodak Brownie with me and caught some great shots.

I wonder what the old guys will have to say when I show them these photos.

Frank53

Frank,

Great work.  Was the Sue's Curl Up & Dye inspired by the scene in the Blues Brothers where Carrie Fisher's character was reading the M-79 manual? That caught my attention first.

Great pictures everybody.

Great pics guys!

Northwoods - Your stories are always great.

Jim - The sounds from those American Flyer steamers must fill the room.

Rob (from 12/30/12) - Talk about Carpet Central! That's a lot of space. How long does it take to set up?

Dave - If it runs, leave it alone. It tell a lot of tales.

Laz - Let me know if you find a Beck's building.

Charlie - Your videos are always great.

Frank - Bow

Kev - I'm sure I've missed it before but I just noticed under the deer! Laugh
