Greetings. I am looking for a little help. I have an old hand-me-down 259 e steam engine prewar from my father and the wiring inside is all dry rotted and incomplete. I am partially through re-wiring but I am stumped as to how the direction unit connects to the rest of the engine. The engine itself looks in very good condition and that is why I am spending time trying to get it to run. In particular, I need to find out how the solenoid is connected. I am pretty sure I have the rest OK. Is there a wiring diagram that anyone can send me or perhaps just tell me if anyone knows. I appreciate any help. I am a bit of a novice but I've fiddled around with this stuff somewhat.
Any help will be appreciated. Thank you.
Would a wiring diagram help?

What I do with those is save them to disk, then use a PDF unlocker to remove the password.
