I agree fully.  And I know it's not my system because it's nearly brand new, and has little or no lag uploading other pages.

I have figured out what is wrong with my brain!  On the left side nothing works right, and on the right side there is nothing left!

Yep much slower, I'm not a computer geek but it appears to be all the advertizing they added.

Edit: I'm on cable so don't blame the problem on a phone line.

I know, I click on "connect" and then I have to watch the little circle on my IE bar go around, and around, and around, and arou...

Wait a minute!  That sounds familiar?

You bet it is ... everything now is slo-mo.  I just didn't want to start the thread for fear of being zapped and being treated as a malcontent (as is the usual policy when someone regesters a negative opinion around here).  Whether it is a matter of cookies, animated  advertisements, popups, or some other graphical or technical bloatware, it doesn't matter. Advertisers are clearly not getting there money's worth.  As page load times have discouraged my exploring what's new,  my attention quickly shifts to that other forum.

Same problem here.  I noticed it the first day.  I'm kind of glad I'm not the only one, at least I know it's not my system.  I use cable for high-speed internet as well.

I just got a Data Card Wireless Modem made by Novatel for Verizon. There does not seem to be a slowdown for me. The only problem is that banner graphics at the top of the page have a higher priority in loading than the content on the page.

Was doing great for me.  Then suddenly it stopped for a minute or more before changing screens.  Now back to doing good. ?????

ABOUT THE FIRST FEW HOURS WHEN IT FIRST CAME BACK FROM INSTALLATION IT WAS A BIT SLOW ... BUT HAS BEEN GREAT AND FASTER NOW THAN EVER !

It may be your computer graphics card is too slow ... if it's still slow for you .... not the site or provider's speed .

Still very slow for me, it takes a lot of time to go between pages and even to load up the first time. I also have a new system.
