he use to take fridays off but not sure any more and he use to be there like 4 till 10 P.M. but again the best is to email him at jeff@ttender.com or call him and ask 585-229-2050 if you get a lot of ringing he may be on other line with someone else. most times he will cut into you and tell you he will call you back in a few
