Hi, th erelay of my 6466w tender only whissle at high speeds. Then it is loud and clear. The relay only activates at 10v , and that is the problem.
Anybody is aware of an unexpensive replacement for these relays?

I suspect the armature on your relay may need adjustment. The closer you can get the armature plate to the coil without making electrical contact, the lower the voltage that will be required to close the relay contacts.
