This device, which has been demonstrated in prototype is designed to access TMCC locomotive functions ,some previously inaccessible, in conventional mode. Comments from usually reliable sources on the AOL Boards suggest this device will likely appear in the 2004 Volume II catalog due out in a few months. A retro look is promised. Those are all the details that have been revealed to me thus far [;)].
