Lionel 11520 RTR set from ~1965 Questions

I have some contents which I believe come from an 11520 set.

1) LIONEL APPROVED SERVICE STATIONS 1965-1966. 2 pages then tri-folded. Would this have typically been included with a RTR set? Is it worth much if anything?

2) INSTRUCTIONS LIONEL TRAIN OUTFIT. 1 page folded multipe times. Shows how to hook up a coupler track within an oval. Shows how to use a directional button. Shows how to connect transformer to track. Shows how to remove the motor from a Scout and lubricate.

Bottom of last page it says:
THE LIONEL TOY CORPORATION
THE LIONEL SERVICE COMPANY
HOFFMAN PLACE, HILLSIDE, N.J. 07205

11450-10 6/65

Is this instruction page from the 11520 set? Is the instruction page of value?

3) Small Tan envelope stamped as follows:
ASSEMBLY NO 1103-40
CONTENTS:
4 NO. 81-32 CONNECCTING WIRES
1 NO. 0190-25 CONTROLLER
1 CTC LOCKON

Same question - from an 11520 set? Worth anything?

Thanks!

All Lionel sets came with instructions and 027 sets had a lockon package. So unless you can find someone looking to complete his set, not anything there of value as far as big money is concerned.

Thanks for your response. So these are correct for an 11520 set?

Did the 11520 set come with an uncoupler track? Or an activation button? These are mentioned in the referenced instructions. But if these are 'generic' instructions for all sets that may just be incidental.

Thanks
