mar toy company train it says new york central

My husband and found a train set it says mar toys on it and new your central,  and I have looked online and can not find any information on this train. can anyone help me.

If the MAR part is inside a circle with an "X", it's probably Marx.  This was one of Lionel's competitors on the lower end of the scale.
