Sunday Video Fun 3-22-08
Posted by Berk765 on Sunday, March 22, 2009 7:47 AM

This is a video of when I took the camera for a little ride. It looks funny, and it makes me dizzy. The guy with the blond hair is me and my mom is in the video too.

Sunday Video Fun. Hmmmm., sounds like a good idea for a recurring thread on this board. Do you hear me MartyE? Think about it ...

Thanks Berk for posting your video. I too put a camera on my girlfriend's train on her layout ( I restored her dad's old train layout for her as a Christmas present ). That video is a little too long to post on YouTube so I'll have to edit out the best segments and post them on a future Sunday Video Fun.

Remember how the Louisville & Nashville used the slogan "Family Lines" for their rail system ?( maybe you're a little too young to remember the L & N ). Anyway, maybe you could incorporate that slogan into the name of your railroad since your mom is involved in the operations and your dad is providing garage space for the layout.

Thanks, I don't remember the L&N but I do know they called their Berkshires "Big Emmas" on their railroad. I like the name fifedog came up with, so I will call my railroad "Berkshire Junction". It would be cool if the thread catches on.

Well, I don't have a video of my layout online yet. Here's the best I could come up with:

Have a great week!
