OK, I strung those prewired LED's together like a great big string of Christmas lights. And Merry Christmas to everyone out there also. The all lit up. No matter what end I used where, they lit up. Am I guess that no matter how a person wires these they are OK? I still cannot find anything on these lights that tells me which is the diode and which is the anode side. Thanks to all, Jake
Jake, with AC they will work both ways ,separately. Use the 9 volt DC battery it will work only one way.
The LED should have a flat edge at the base. Look to the right, the short lead.
You can strip the heat shrink off. One side will have the resistor the other the diode. I think you meant cathode and anode
Yes I did mean cathode and anode and I don't drink! Anything! Ever! If you can imagine, I've never tasted alcohol. Just never tried it, don't really know why, saw a bit too much as a kid I think. Anyway, I'll try that mess tomorrow and see what's what on the whole situation. Thanks Bob, Jake
