Whose layout is in CTT videos?

I'm curious whose layout is the one that seems to be regularly featured in the wonderful online extra videos on the CTT site - it seems to be the same one -I'm fortunate to be able to regularly view them.

The nice looking one is Neil's, the long run with the cluttered basement and the two layouts (one old, one new) in the S gauge videos are mine.
