Why are pics so small?
Posted by Dave in Atlanta on Sunday, November 9, 2008 8:42 PM

When I go back a year or so looking at photos (Sunday Photo Fun posts on this forum), the pics are like 'thumbnail' size', and will not enlarge.  Is this to save memory space on the CTT computer server?

I looked at the Sunday Photo Fun thread shortly after the new forum format was in effect.  I clicked on the bar above one of the photos to enlarge the photo and then closed it and continued to view the thread.  All of a sudden, without any action by me, all of the photos in the thread were very large.  They were even larger then the photo you get by clicking the bar to enlarge the photos.  I liked the large photos better then the small photos that normally show up.  I continued to see the large photos for the next few days that I viewed photos on this forum.  Then the large photos disappeared and they are back to normal size.  If I knew how to get the large photos back, I would do it because the larger photos look much nicer.

Well, after having small pictures for a few weeks, they have popped back up to large again.  I have no idea why or how, but I like the larger pictures.
