I've been trying to contact Rail Rax since July 2008. Today is 10/9/08 and all I get is a recording saying they are unavailable. I've purchased Rail Rax products in the past and need some more. I've left voice messages and even emailed them twice with no response.
Does anyone know if Rail Rax is still in business? Did something bad happen to their operation (e.g. fire, earthquake, death in the family...)?

If you can't get ahold of the Rail Rax folks, you might try Glenn Snyder Display Systems. It is the same shelving, but with a slightly duller finish. Here's the link:
