toy train in attic
Posted by coolkim34 on Sunday, June 8, 2008 10:58 PM

Hello!

I found a toy train in my attic and cannot find out a thing about it! I am hoping if I post it here someone will have something .....Original box, not great shape, says Life-Like miNibase, N gauge.

Seems to be a foam type base with track attached.  kinda like the old molded foam tunnels that looked like a mountain,?  about 1969, or '70

train cars are in little clear plastic boxes ..probably original  because the paper instruction sheets are still with it too.        would love find this item a new home but have no idea of its value.  anything you can share is appreciated. thanks!

Hi, You would probably get better responses on the MODEL RAILROADER forum. CTT (Classic Toy Trains) is the first forum on the list on the forum index page, down below Classic Trains and Garden Railroads is the Model Railroader section, click on the general discussion link, and post on there just like you did here. The Classic Toy Trains forum is geared more towards O, and S Gauges/Scales, the Model Railroader forum mainly discusses HO, N and Z scales. They would generally be more knowledgeable there about what You have.
