Maintenance Labels
Posted by dbaker48 on Wednesday, January 23, 2008 12:02 PM

Hope this will work.  In order to keep track of maintenace on engines, rolling stock, etc..  I made up a label that I attach to the bottom of the car.  I then have a maintence record of routine maintence performed.  I've been using this for over a year and it has worked rather well.  The labels I use are Avery or equivalent #5167, there are 80 labels per sheet, and are 1/2" x 1 3/4" in size.  I simply make a hash mark through the month as to when the maintenance was performed.  Each label has the alpha character for the month of 2008 and 2009.

If I can get this right you should be able to open the jpeg file, and just print.   So here goes;

If, you can't download the image above, PM me and I will send you a jpeg file.

IF, the PM doesn't work email me at dbaker@klassicspecialties.com  and I will email the file.

That is those folks in CA.  They can't keep up with their toy train cars and their maintence. Confused [%-)]  Now write me a computer program to remind me to look under the bottom each month.  Sigh [sigh]  Is a good idea, Don.   Now we know what you do while "minding the store" besides talking on the phone to me. Whistling [:-^]
