williams trains repairs

Has anyone had any expierience yet,good or bad,with sending Williams Trains to Bachman trains for repair????? thank you .   Hopper

I was told in late December 07 that the Williams service department didn't exist yet but to try in the middle of January.  They're still moving stuff in and getting their new line organized there, I guess.  I needed a pretty common part or two, and a warranty part as well.

Hope they don't disappoint when up and running.  We'll see.
