i know my hustle muscle is an o gauge locomotive that comes with a dummy. but can anyone tellme when the model was made how much it sold for new and why the dummy (401) is letterd husle muscle as well. will i be takeing the value away if i paint ove the name on the 401. and can anyone tell me a little info on the willams company thanks big boy

Running late but a quick answer is 1 as any train you decrease the vale normally if you repaint it . The history I believe you still can get most of it by going to www.williamstrains.com . and click on the different tabs its now owned by Bachmann trains that happened about mid october I believe.

The Williams Hustle Muscle SD-45 has been offered by Williams for more than 10 years and is still offered today with a few minor improvements such as the horn. The box art and paint sheen are good indicators of what years your particular model was made. Used Williams does not have any real collector value but it has some value. If you repaint it, it does effect resale value depending on how well the painting is done.
