Here's a story from northjersey.com about two GE 44-Tonners heading for preservation, Hoboken Manufacturers Railroad #700 and Middletown & New Jersey #2.

The chemical companies plant railroad in Bridgewater, and the 15 mile long M&NJ were two different operations.
