The Crescent is taking its yearly cancellations ATL <> NOL mondays - Thursdays. Amtrak has scheduled bus substitutions on the route for those days. However today with the bad weather a bus or more has not made it to ATL by 2315 tonight. Crescent is holding for bus but if it doesn't leave soon the weather may nail it out of ATL and there is always the possibility that the crew may go HOS before arriving in CLT. Note radar now shows major storms over the city of Atlanta.
