This would be for FY2021 not FY2020 which started in October.
Despite all the acrimony in Washington the past few years it appears that Budget negotiators have been able to avoid a government shutdown and rumor are they are closing in on a bipartisan deal. I am curious how Amtrak is going to fare this time around....... We should know by Christmas it seems.
