They should; they're Talgo 350s (derived from the Spanish AVE 102 that when designed were for the railroad with the fastest design speed in the world in the early 21st Century.)
The Haramain was designed for 320km/h service but in practice the service speed peaks at 300km/h -- still nothing to sneeze at.
