www.rypn.org (not .com as I previously typed) then "Interchange".  Free registration needed if you want to post.  Do not bring up 'railfanning' topics in the Interchange; 'serious preservationists' don't like it (and there is a separate but somewhat well-hidden 'Railfanning' forum established on the site to discuss those pariah topics).
