He-he-he, I took my nephew and younger brother on the RI Rocket steam trips to La Salle Street Station from Joliet, IL and told him, he can laugh but to otherwise ignore the railfans as much as possible. He asked me how he would know they were railfans and I told him to look for the rudest, most arrogant, reckless, know it all, in the crowd and you will have a hardcore railfan in most cases. Roughly akin to the character of the "keymaster" (Rick Moranis) on the first Ghostbusters movie.
