Passenger Train as a Bed and Breakfest

I thought this was an interesting twist on the Dinner Train concept in that the train is also used as a Bed and Breakfest.     I'll bet they make more money on sleeping cars and food and beverage than Amtrak does despite going nowhere.    I had hoped with the rail name that they operated on the former Great Northern lines in Wisconsin but instead i think they run on ex-C&NW or is it ex-Chicago Great Western?
