I recommend you visit http://www.eldcps.org/ to keep track of their goals to replicate the 1960s-era Phoebe Snow.  They're getting really close!!

I don't have any pics yet...am a film guy not digital yet.  But, tons of pics on Facebook.

No fees, just let us know you want to join the ride and pay your fares. Ask to be on our email list or find us on FB as RIDEWITHMEHENRY (all caps) to get descriptions of each outing.

   Living on the other side of the Alleghenies, I'm fascinated by this post.  I hope this will be the best-ever excursion and I look forward to seeing dozens of photos of the entire trip, especially here.
   I note the train gets as far west as Pittsburgh.  That makes me wonder what it would take to bring it to the Akron-Cleveland area the next time?  I think I know at least one civic organization that would like to see if it could help.  Whom should we contact about this wonderful-sounding train?

Yeah, a lot of us have been following this for the past several weeks.  Seems like actual schedule will put train out of Port Jervis around 10AM, Starrucca about 12:30, BInghamton about 2, and Gang Mills around 3:30.  I think the B&H will drag the train backwards up the old Erie to the ex DL&W at Painted Post to Bath for the first night.
