bus from las vegas to kingman
Posted by ChicagoRider on Thursday, October 21, 2010 2:32 PM

I'm thinking of coming from Las Vegas to Chicago via the SW Chief. Does anyone have any experience with this bus connection from Las Vegas? What if the bus is late? Is the Arizona terminal secure?

Thanks.

The Hoover Dam bypass bridge is now open, so the bus connection should be a lot less likely to encounter delays - assuming, that is, that they don't continue routing it through Loughlan/Bullhead City.  The old route over Hoover Dam is now restricted to local traffic only - i.e., visitors to the biggest bathtub plug in the Southwest.

I'll admit to a certain degree of bias.  Where was that bridge when I was making my monthly runs between Nashville and Las Vegas?
