More likely the old B&O. The intermodal detours are all going that way.

Eastbound Amtrak trains from Chicago detoured

A wreck on the NYC/CR/NS main east of Elkhart Indiana has 38 loads of coal scattered all over the tracks necessitating Amtrak detours to the east coast. Lake Shore and Capital Limited are affected for certain with no stops at South Bend, Toldeo or Toledo.  Could they possibly be using the old PRR main across Indiana?
