E-mailing Amtrak
Posted by BNSFwatcher on Monday, November 2, 2009 9:13 AM

Does anyone have an operational e-mail address for Amtrak?  I go to "contact us", on the www.amtrak.com site, and get no connection.  I 'gifted' my nephew an Amtrak ride last weekend, his first.  He was totally impressed and I'd like to forward 'kudos'  and comments to the NRPC.  Thanks!

BTW, the 'internicene' (intranicene?) warfare at the "Taj Mahal" (ALB) seems to have been resolved.  'Bout time!

It seems to be working now. I just opened it.

I have been trying, all week, and just get a MS error message.  Do you have a "stand-alone" e-mail address?

I did contact Amtrak a couple of months ago.  I was complaining about no real "American" beer being served in the lounge cars.  Of course, "Budweiser" (Belgian) and "Miller" (South African) don't count, in my book.  I got an automated reply, but no answer to my query.  Maybe Mr. Boardman just doesn't care.  I sure haven't seen him on the trains....
