Other as, at least partly, in the USA old documents are not available in Germany- Not on paper nor in internet. So everything that can be found is second or third hand information. I can only provide a timeline and evidence, my memory living as child in post war Germany, and experiencing the German economic miracle. What you make of it is up to you. Regards, Volker
