On page 16 the concerned transit lines are listed: <em>As of September 1, 2013, the following RTAs and their RFGPTS are ultimately subject to the</em><br /><em>requirements of the state’s program standard:</em><br /><em>• City of Seattle (RTA)</em><br /><em>o Seattle Center Monorail (RFGPTS)</em><br /><em>o Seattle Streetcar (RFGPTS)</em><br /><em>• Sound Transit (RTA)</em><br /><em>o Tacoma Link (RFGPTS)</em><br /><em>o Link Light Rail (RFGPTS)</em><br />In many places across the document the FTA is mentioned.
