Fixed in the Amtrak-law.</p> <p>The loss in passenger traffic was $449.5 million in 1970. So the railroads saved $1.8 billion by being able to cancel passenger traffic immediately without the ICC procedure. And the get access charges. Stealing?<br />Regards, Volker</p>
